Entry Requirements
To be considered eligible to be eligible, candidates must
- Get a minimum of 120 marks during the UTME of 2025.
- You must score an average of a score of at most 120 marks in JAMB regardless of which institution you select.
- You must have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics and other subjects related to the chosen course.
- Make sure that Foundation Polytechnic is your primary choice in CAPS. If you are not sure, request an institution change.

How to Apply

1. On-Campus (Paper Form)
- Check out the Admission Office in the Registrar’s office.
- Complete the post-UTME application personally.
2. Mobile Application
- Send your complete name, JAMB registration number, and the course you’d like to attend via WhatsApp or text 0706-809-2448.
- An admissions letter and response will be delivered within 24 hours. Instructions for printing an admission letter will follow.
3. Online Application
- Visit the official admission portal: efacility.foundationpoly.edu.ng/onlineApp.
- Make sure you have an email address and telephone number.
- Pay a screening fee of N2,000 (excluding the bank fees) using an ATM debit card.
- After you pay, you’ll receive an Application, ID PIN serial number.
- Fill out, then submit the online application. After processing, you can log back within 24 hours to print the Admission Letter.
Screening & Next Steps
- Screening continues on days when it is open during the Registrar’s Office.
- Bring proof of payment along with a filled-out admission form.
- Certain courses may require additional aptitude tests.
- Admission letters and further instructions will be sent following the successful submission of the form.
