To contact NELFUND support, start from the contact page on its official website and follow the help link provided there. This is safer than trusting a phone number added to a forwarded screenshot.
Build a short timeline
Write the account-creation date, application date, latest status and last action taken. If the problem involves the institution, add the date and reference of your school enquiry. If it involves payment, identify the component and transaction reference.
Keep the timeline factual. “Still pending on [date]” is useful evidence. “Everyone has been paid except me” may be an impression that does not identify your transaction.
Suggested message
“Application reference: [reference]. Institution/session: [details]. On [date] I completed [step]. The current status is [exact wording]. The unresolved issue is [one issue]. I have already checked [relevant checks]. Please confirm the responsible office and next action.”
Attach only the records necessary to explain that issue. Use private official submission fields for personal identifiers; keep passwords and authentication codes out entirely.
Follow up without losing the history
- Save the ticket acknowledgement.
- Reply in the same case when possible.
- Add new evidence with a date.
- Record any action support asks you to take.
- Check the account after completing that action.
If school verification or a student-ledger entry is involved, continue the school enquiry as well. Central support cannot be assumed to control every institutional record.
Should I send multiple tickets daily?
Use the provider’s follow-up instructions. Repeated duplicate cases can scatter the evidence rather than improve it.
What if someone offers to accelerate the request for a fee?
Verify any claimed charge directly through the official route. Do not surrender account access to an unofficial intermediary.
