Check the official position
Use the registration portal linked from NYSC’s main website. Read the current release notice and the message displayed in your own account. Do not assume a friend’s letter means every candidate has the same status.
If your dashboard says an action is outstanding, resolve that action through the official route. A browser change cannot complete an unfulfilled registration requirement.
Try safe download checks
- Use an updated browser and a stable connection.
- Allow the specific official page to open its required PDF window.
- Check the Downloads folder in case the file saved without opening.
- Open the saved PDF with a trusted reader.
- Try a trusted computer if the phone display remains blank.
Keep a copy of any error message and note the time. Avoid installing unfamiliar extensions merely because an online agent says they are required to print the letter.

Read the name, deployment details and instructions in the actual letter. A filename or a screenshot of someone else’s document is not enough. Save the official PDF securely and prepare the documents it requests.
