Bells University Post-UTME/DE 2025/2026: Eligibility, Fees & How to Apply

Bells University of Technology (BUT), Ota, welcomes eligible candidates to apply for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for admission into the 2025/2026 academic year. This step-by-step guide provides details on eligibility, application procedure, fees, documents required, as well as valuable tips to ensure a successful application.

1. Admission Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Apply through UTME or Direct Entry.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Awaiting results candidates are eligible to apply, provided results will be available by September or October of the admission year.

2. Application Fees

  • Application Form Fee: ₦2,000
  • Admission Processing Fee: ₦3,500
  • Bank transaction charge: ₦350 per transaction.
  • Payments are made via the BELLSUNI InterSwitch Payment Platform.

3. How to Apply

  1. Visit the Bells University Application Portal.
  2. Select payment method:
    • ePayment (Mastercard): Ensure online payment is enabled, make payment, and print receipt.
    • Bank-Branch Payment: Print payment slip, pay at the bank, then log in to the portal to complete your application.
  3. Fill out the online application form accurately.
  4. Print and keep copies of your application form and payment receipt.

4. Screening Day: Required Documents

Applicants must bring the following items to the screening venue:

  • Printed payment receipt or bank teller
  • Printed application form
  • Two recent passport photographs
  • Two referee reports (one from a secondary school official, one from clergy)
  • Birth certificate
  • UTME result slip
  • Any other relevant academic credentials
