Misau College of Health Sciences and Technology Admission Form 2025/2026: Apply Now

Misau College of Health Sciences and Technology (MICOHEST), Bauchi State, is now accepting applications for admission into its various programs for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested applicants are invited to apply for health-related diploma and certificate courses offered by the institution.

Available Courses

The following programs are open for application:

  • Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
  • Diploma in Community Health Extension Work (CHEW – Fresh & Re-train)
  • Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
  • National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM)

Admission Requirements

JCHEW (Certificate in Community Health)

  • Minimum of 3 credits in English Language, Mathematics, and Biology
  • Passes in Chemistry and Physics
  • Maximum of two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB

CHEW (Diploma in Community Health Extension Work)

  • At least 5 credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Results must be from not more than two sittings

Direct Entry to CHEW (for JCHEW holders)

  • JCHEW qualification plus the required five credits in relevant subjects
  • Eligible for admission into 200 Level of the CHEW program

Other Programs (XRT, MLT, HIM)

How to Apply

  1. Visit the Misau official admission portal
  2. Click on “Apply Now
  3. Select “New Application
  4. Enter your full name and valid phone number
  5. Click “Create My Account
  6. Use your phone number as both username and password to log in
  7. Confirm your details and re-enter your email and phone number
  8. Select a payment method
  9. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦6,500
  10. Payment can be made using ATM card, USSD, QR code, or bank transfer
  11. After payment, complete the application form and submit
  12. Print a copy of your filled form for reference

Screening and Entrance Examination

All applicants are required to sit for an entrance examination. The date, venue, and guidelines will be communicated after application.
