Idris Ajiboye Foundation Opens ₦100,000 Scholarship for Nigerian Students 2026

The Idris Ajiboye Foundation Scholarship 2026 is now open, offering ₦100,000 in financial support to Nigerian students with strong academic performance and proven financial need. The scholarship is designed to help undergraduates remain in school despite rising education costs.
Application deadline: 31 January 2026.

The programme is funded by the Idris Ajiboye Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on education support and advocacy across Nigeria.

What the Scholarship Covers

Selected beneficiaries will receive a one-time award of ₦100,000, intended to support:

  • Tuition and school fees
  • Learning materials
  • Other essential academic expenses

The foundation says the support is meant to reduce financial pressure so students can focus on their studies without disruption.

Who Can Apply

The scholarship is open to Nigerian students enrolled in recognised tertiary institutions, including:

  • Universities
  • Polytechnics
  • Colleges of education
  • Other accredited higher institutions

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Required Documents

Applicants are expected to submit:

  • Valid student ID card or admission letter
  • Current academic transcript or result slip
