What is the original JAMB result slip?
The original result slip is different from a simple score notification or SMS result. It is generated from your JAMB e-Facility profile and includes identifying information that institutions use during document verification.

Original result slip versus ordinary result notification

Payment completed but the result slip is not available
Open My Payments in e-Facility and check the transaction status. Use the Transaction ID to query a pending payment. Avoid paying a second time until the first transaction has been checked.
The PDF opens as a blank page
Allow pop-ups for the official JAMB site, try desktop mode or use an updated browser. You can also download the file first and open it with a PDF reader.
Wrong examination year or registration number
Return to the service and select the correct year. Copy the registration number from your examination slip instead of typing from memory.
You forgot the JAMB profile password
Use the official password-recovery option or raise a ticket through JAMB Support. Do not create another profile for the same candidate.
The photograph or personal details are wrong
Do not alter the PDF. Use the appropriate JAMB correction service and follow any biometric or NIMC verification instructions. A school may reject an edited document.
The portal says transaction failed
Confirm whether your bank reversed the debit. If the debit remains, keep the bank alert and payment reference, then submit a payment ticket to JAMB support.
