Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has released its Post-UTME screening program for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening, scheduled for August 18 through September 23, 2025 will be open to those who scored above 150 for the 2025 UTME and who chose FUOTUOKE in their top option. Eligibility
Candidates must satisfy these conditions for admission:
- At the minimum 150 during the 2025 UTME.
- Select FUOTUOKE as your first option in JAMB. You can also make the change of institution to the FUOTUOKE through www.jamb.gov.ng.
- Buy the FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Form.
- Send O’Level test results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) to the JAMB CAPS.
Screening Schedule
The screening will run from August 18 through the 23rd of August 2025 with particular faculties that are assigned to every day:
- August 18: Humanities, Law
- August 19: Nursing Sciences
- August 20: Medical Laboratory Science, Social Sciences
- August 21: Management Sciences
- August 22: Science
- August 23: Education, Engineering, Basic Medical Sciences
All sessions begin at 8:15 AM and finish around 2:00 PM in the ICT Centre, West Campus.

Candidates are required to bring these items at the time of screening:
- Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip
- Original JAMB Result Slip
- Original O’Level Certificate(s)
- National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
Application Procedure
Take these actions to register to the Post-UTME examination:
- You can pay N2,000 (non-refundable) with the Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card through Remita.
- Visit http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng and complete the online application.
- Upload a photo of your passport in digital format (JPG size).
- Upload scans of O’Level outcomes, LGA identification letter, and birth certificate or declaration of age (PDF formats).
- Please provide an email address that is valid and a the number of your phone.
- Send the application in on or before 8 August 2025 and then print an acknowledgement slip.

Screening will only take place according to the date of the faculty Latecomers will not be permitted. Failure to submit documents will result in exclusion.
