FCC Ibadan HND Admission Form 2025/2026—Apply Now

The Federal Cooperative College (FCC), Ibadan, invites qualified applicants to apply for Higher National Diploma (HND) admission for the 2025/2026 academic year. This program is perfect for those who hold National Diplomas and want to further their studies in cooperative, business and technical areas.

Available HND Programmes

The applicants can choose between the following part-time or full-time HND programs:

  • Co-operative Economics & Management (Full-time & Part-time)
  • Banking & Finance (Full-time)
  • Business Administration & Management (Full-time)
  • Computer Science (Full-time)
  • Home & Rural Economics (Full-time)

These programs provide specialized training to prepare you for leadership and professional roles.

Who is Eligible?

The following criteria:

HND Specifics:

  • ND in a relevant discipline (e.g., Co-op Econ, Banking, Business, Computer Science, Home Econ, etc.)
  • lower credit is the minimum amount a reputable institution requires for all courses.
  • 1 year of Industrial Training (IT) for those with lower credit scores
  • 2 years IT If the ND was at a pass-level

O’Level Requirements:

  • Five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB attained with no more than two sessions
  • Core subjects: English Language & Mathematics

Fulfilling these requirements ensures that you are ready for further HND studies.

Application Fee & Scratch Card

  • Full-Time HND applications: N7,500 (scratch card)
  • Part-Time HND applications: N10,000 (scratch card)
  • Non-refundable. Purchase through the FCC Ibadan portal or registrar’s office.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to make sure you are successful in your application:

  1. You can purchase a scratchcard for the program you want to use (FT/PT).
  2. Go to this FCC Ibadan HND application page online.
  3. Enter your scratch card’s PIN and password.
  4. Complete the online application, including your academic and personal information.
  5. Upload scans of:
  1. ND Certificate and transcript
  2. O’Level result(s)
  3. Evidence of Industrial Training (IT)
  4. Passport photo
  5. Complete your form via email.

Required Documents

Make sure you have digital copies that are clear of the following items:

  • Scratch card receipt of payment
  • The ND certificate and transcript
  • O’Level result(s)
  • IT completion letter
  • Passport photo
  • Birth certificate or age declaration

Interview & Screening

  • Candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to an interview by email or text message.
  • Interviews are conducted at the campus.
  • Final acceptance offers will be made to the successful applicants.
