UNIABUJA Open Distance Learning Admission Form 2026/2027 Now Available

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for UNIABUJA ODL, candidates must satisfy one of the following academic requirements:

1. UTME/O’Level Entry

  • At least 5 (5) credit hours in English Language and Mathematics and other relevant subjects from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
  • Credits are to be acquired within at least two sessions.

2. Direct Entry (DE) Admission

  • The minimum requirement is Four (4) credit O’Level in addition to some of the following.
    • Two A-Level passes
    • Credit for upper grades for upper credit National Diploma (ND) or NCE
    • IJMB Results that have at the very least 10 marks

NABTEB results are not mixed in conjunction with WAEC as well as NECO.

Duration of Study

  • Entry to UTME: 4 to 5 years, depending on the subject.
  • Direct Entry The length is usually shorter, depending on the level of qualification.

The programs can be self-paced and adaptable, allowing you to study according to your day-to-day routine.

How to Apply for UNIABUJA ODL Admission

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Visit the UNIABUJA CDL application portal
  2. Click on “Apply Here”.
  3. Select Open and Distance Learning Mode.
  4. Input your complete name, email address, and phone number.
  5. Create a Remita RRR Reference (RRR) and pay the $20,000.
  6. After you have paid, return to the portal and complete the form.
  7. Send your application with all the required information, and then submit your application.

Application Fee

  • $20,000 Only (non-refundable)
  • Payment is made via Remita using online or bank options.

Be sure to save your payment receipt as a reference and confirmation.

Application Deadline

  • Closing Date: Tuesday, 30th September 2025
