UCH Ibadan Occupational Health Nursing Form 2025/2026 | Requirements & Fees

University College Hospital Ibadan has opened applications for the Post Basic Occupational Health Nursing programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This programme is designed for registered nurses who want to specialise in workplace and industrial health care. It provides focused training that prepares nurses for roles in factories, organisations, and occupational health units.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Applicants must meet all the requirements listed below:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with a valid licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
  • Possess five O-Level credits in not more than two sittings
  • O-Level subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • Results must be from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB

This course is suitable for nurses who want to advance their careers and gain specialised skills in occupational health nursing.

How to Apply for UCH Occupational Health Nursing Form

Applicants are advised to follow the steps carefully to avoid mistakes.

Application Steps

  1. Visit the UCH application portal: https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng/
  2. Pay a ₦20,000 non-refundable application fee through Remita to the UCH TSA Account for the School of Occupational Health Nursing
  3. Take the Remita payment slip to the UCH Accounts Department and obtain an official receipt
  4. Download the Applicant User Guide from the portal
  5. Complete and submit the application form online
  6. Print two copies of the completed form and Photocard
  7. Submit both documents to the School of Occupational Health Nursing for validation
  8. Pay an additional ₦200 to the Oyo State Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee

What Happens After Application?

  • Sale of forms is currently ongoing
  • No official closing date has been announced yet
