Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for PUMS Post-UTME:

  1. You should have taken the 2025 UTM exam and chosen PUMS as the first choice institution.
  2. Achieve a minimum UTME score:
  1. 220+ for Medicine and Surgery
  2. 170+ for all other programming
  3. In two sessions, you must earn five credits in the relevant O’Level subjects, including Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  4. You can upload your WAEC/NECO outcomes to the CAPS portal at JAMB.

  • Last Date to Apply: 6 July 2025
  • Screening Exercise Begins: 14 July 2025

The applicants must complete their applications and participate in the screening process before the deadlines listed below. Late submissions will not be considered.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the Post-UTME site of PUMS.
  2. Register an account or sign in.
  3. Complete your information then upload the O’Level results slip.
  4. Pay the Post-UTME screening fees (typically around N2,000).
  5. Complete your form and then print your Screening slip.
  6. Participate in the screening test on the date you have been given,, with the printed form and a valid ID.
