Contingent Grant per annum:

– Undergraduate: $5,000

  – BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA/M.Tech and other courses requiring the submission of a project: $7,000

Medical Benefits:

Under this scheme, scholars are expected to seek treatment only at the medical center or dispensary attached to the universities/institutes where they are enrolled or at the nearest government hospital. Bills are settled as permissible according to AMA/CGHS norms.

How to Apply Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) for Nigerian Students

You can complete the entire application process online through ICCR’s A2A Scholarship Portal to apply for the scholarship. If you are interested and meet the qualifications, you can visit http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in The deadline for this opportunity is 31st May 2024, as the classes are scheduled to commence in July 2024.

  1. Please ensure your educational certificates are verified and authenticated through the appropriate channels. This is an important step to affirm the validity and legitimacy of your educational qualifications.

  3. While students between 18 and 30 years old at the time of admission were identified as eligible to apply, they were asked to apply to five universities in order of preference.
  4. To ensure English proficiency, all students must submit a 500-word essay in English. In addition to the essay, students may also provide their TOEFL, IELTS, or other standardized test scores if available.
