Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advisory services on financial accounting matters including IFRS, IPSAS, and local GAAP compliance.
Assist clients with the preparation of financial statements, consolidated reports, and technical accounting memos.
Support transaction-related activities like M&A financial due diligence, post-deal integration, and purchase price allocation.
Collaborate with clients to implement financial reporting systems, enhance internal controls, and improve financial processes.
Deliver clear, concise, and well-documented workpapers and reports to support audit or advisory conclusions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Professional Certification: Progress towards or completion of ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in audit, accounting advisory, or financial consulting, preferably with a reputable firm.
Skills: Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, IPSAS, and other relevant standards. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software tools.
Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
