Bingham University, an excellent institution and one of the best by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) founded in 2005, announces the sales of application forms for part-time admission to its degree programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.
Available Programmes
The university has a variety of part-time undergraduate degree programs available; all these courses are fully accredited by NUC, the National Universities Commission. Areas of study include:
- B.Sc. Accounting
- B.Sc. Business Administration
- B.Sc. Economics
- B.A. English
- B.Sc. Mass Communication
- B.Sc. Political Science
- B.Sc. Sociology
- B.Sc. Computer Science
Additionally, candidates possessing NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualifications are eligible to apply for Direct Entry into the 200 level for the following programs:
- B.Sc. Economics
- B.Sc. Mass Communication
- B.A. English
Application Procedure
Interested applicants should follow these steps to apply:
- Visit the official Bingham University part-time studies page.
- Create a new account; an activation link will be sent to the provided email address.
- Activate the account, log in, and navigate to the “My Payments” section to access the application form payment page.
- Click the “Pay with Remita” button to generate a payment slip. The application form fee is ₦15,000, which is non-refundable.
- Complete the payment at any bank branch or online using an ATM card.
- After successful payment, access, complete, and submit the online application form.
General Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- A minimum of five (5) O’level credit passes, including English and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two (2) sittings in relevant subjects from SSCE/WASC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB or TC II.
- Two ‘A’ Level passes and five O’level credit passes in relevant subjects.
- Fulfillment of Bingham University’s entry requirements.
Programme Duration and Mode
The part-time programmes span six years for the four-year degree courses, with weekend lectures to accommodate working individuals.
Screening Exercise
The screening exercise will start on Monday, 7th August 2023, at 9:00 am, at the university’s main campus in Karu. Applicants are expected to come with original copies of their credentials for sighting.
Submission of Completed Forms
Once the online application form is completed:
- Click on the “Form submission” button.
- Print a hard copy of the submitted form.
- Submit the hard copy to the Part-Time Studies Coordinator at Bingham University.
