The College of Nursing Sciences, Adazi-Nnukwu (CONSA), is now accepting applications for its Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session. This programme is designed for individuals aspiring to pursue a career in midwifery and maternal healthcare.
Admission Requirements
- Academic Qualifications:
- Applicants must have obtained at least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- These credits should be from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examinations, achieved in no more than two sittings.
- Acceptable combinations include WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or WAEC/NECO.
- Please note that NABTEB results cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO results, nor with another NABTEB result.
- Documentation:
- Original certificates or computer printouts of WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results.
- School testimonial from the institution where the O’Level examinations were taken.
- Birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission, a government hospital, or an age declaration from a court.
- A valid and functional personal email address.
Application Procedure
- Payment of Application Fee:
- Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦15,500.
- Payment should be made into the following bank account:

- Application Submission:
- After payment, applicants should proceed to the college to obtain and complete the application form.
- Candidates can also fillout the application form online through the registration portal

- Awaiting Results: Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
- Email Communication: Ensure that the provided email address is active and regularly checked for correspondence regarding the admission process.
- Screening Examination: Applicants will be required to participate in a screening examination as part of the selection process.
